【摘要】 目的探讨七叶皂甙钠与小剂量甘露醇联合应用防治手外伤的临床疗效。方法将65例手外伤后手部及上肢肿胀患者随机分为两组:治疗组34例,予以七叶皂甙钠25mg,1次/d与小剂量甘露醇50mg,2次/d静脉滴注;对照组31例,单纯予甘露醇50mg,4~6次/d静脉滴注,观察2周内消肿时间和有效率。结果治疗组显效率88.24%;对照组显效率77.42%。两组疗效统计学分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论七叶皂甙钠具有明显抗渗出、消水肿作用,治疗手部创伤后肢体肿胀明显优于甘露醇,有利于手功能的早期训练与康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of sodium aescine combined with low dosage mannitol on the posttraumatic hand swelling.Methods Sixty-five cases of posttramatic hand swelling were randomly divided into two groups:treatiment group(34 cases) with sodium aescine(25mg,qd) combined with low dosage mannitol(100mg,qd),while control group(31 cases) with mannitol(200～300mg,qd) only.The variation of the subsidence of hand swelling and effective rate in the two group were observed respectively in 2 weeks.Results The average time of subsidence of posttraumatic hand swelling(Ⅰ～Ⅲ degree) of treatment group were 40.91h,68.16h,86.49h earlier compared with the control group.The overall effective rate in the treatment group was 88.24%,meanwhile,the overall effective rate in the control group was 77.42%,there was significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Sodium aescine has obvious effect of anti-effusion and subsidence of traumatic hand swelling.Sodium aescine combined with low dosage mannitol is more effective than only mannito and it is beneficial to early exercise and rehabilitation.更多还原
