【Abstract】 In this paper ,to reach the demands of the RoHS directives, all the electric equipments must be examined before exporting to EU. The principle and development of X-ray fluorescence were introduced as well as the application of energy-Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
