【摘要】 将120头仔猪随机分为4组,每组30头进行饲养试验,探讨植酸酶对21日龄±2日龄断奶仔猪生长性能及对植酸磷代谢的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组平均日增重提高,其中1 000 U/kg和1 500 U/kg植酸酶添加组差异显著(P<0.05);平均日采食量升高,料肉比降低;而且,饲料中添加植酸酶,提高了植酸磷的利用率,降低粪磷,减少粪磷的污染。提示在断奶仔猪日粮中添加植酸酶,可以促进断奶仔猪的生长性能和磷的吸收,降低料肉比。更多还原

【Abstract】 120 piglets divided into 4 groups(30 piglets for each group),weaned at 21±2 days were used to investigate the effects of Phytase on the growth performance and P-phytate metabolism.The results showed that: The ADG of groups supplied with phytase increased(that of the groups of 1 000 U/kg and 1 500 U/kg obviously increased(P<0.05)).The ADFI of groups supplied with phytase aincreased too.The feed coefficient of the groups supplied with phytase decreased compared with that of the control group.Phytase also improved the utilization ratio of P-phytate,reduced the phosphorus in stool and the pollution of the phosphorus.The results suggested that the diet with the addition of phytase could improve the growth performance and the absorption of phosphorus in weaning piglets and reduce the feed coefficient.更多还原
