【摘要】 γ干扰素是一种具有抗病毒、抗肿瘤及免疫调节等生物学功能的重要细胞因子;“免疫-神经-内分泌网络”是由免疫系统、神经系统和内分泌系统三大系统共同组成的维持和调节机体正常的生理功能和内环境稳定的调节网络;微血管内皮细胞是一种多功能的代谢及内分泌“器官”;中药、针灸是中医理论基础的重要组成部分,是预防和治疗疾病的两大主要手段。文章探讨了γ干扰素、微血管内皮细胞、中药、针灸以及免疫-神经-内分泌网络的相互关系,并提出了今后的研究方向,即筛选能够诱导微血管内皮细胞分泌γ干扰素的中药及其有效成分,以此来提高动物机体的抗病毒、抗肿瘤和免疫调节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 IFN-γ is one of the most important cytokines.I-N-EN is an adjusting net made up of immune system,neural system and endocrine system,which can adjust the normal functions of physiology and maintain the stabilization of internal environment.MVECs are multifunctional apparatus of metabolizability and endocrine;Chinese herb and acupuncture are two main compositions of the Chinese medicine’s basic theory,and two main methods of preventing and treating diseases.The paper discussed the relationships of IFN-γ,MVECs,Chinese herb,acupuncture and I-N-EN,and indicated the directions of research in the future: improving the animal’s level of antivirus,anti-tumor,and immunity regulation function by selecting the Chinese herb and its bioactive compounts.更多还原
