论电子商务的立法问题对网上图书采购的影响
Impact on the online book-purchase by the legislation for e-business
【摘要】 文章分析了电子商务立法状况及存在的问题,进而探讨了由于电子商务的立法问题而对网上图书采购产生的影响,并提出解决网上图书采购受电子商务立法状况影响的相关措施。
【Abstract】 The article makes an analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the legislation for e-business,discusses the impact of the legislation for e-business on the online book-purchase,and sets forth some effective measures relating to the legislation for e-business.
