【Abstract】 Fuller defined his study of the good order as "the science,theory,or study of good order and workable social arrangements" and christened it "eunomics".Eunomics itself not only had the substantial designation of problem-concerns itself with the order that is just,fair,workable,effective,and respectful of human dignity,but also worked as an approach to legal study.This approach embodied the study of legal processes.Fuller’s study of good order took his argumentation of the relation between means and end as the precondition,the study itself can be viewed as the reflection on modernity,at the same time,it reflected his overcome and surmount of the modern dimidiate thinking mode.更多还原
