载脂蛋白Eε4等位基因与轻度认知损害患者认知功能的缺损有关

【摘要】 目的探讨轻度认知损害(M C I)患者认知功能改变以及认知功能改变和载脂蛋白E(A poE)ε4等位基因的关系。方法应用神经心理学方法评估患者的认知功能状况,应用分子生物学的方法进行APOE的基因型检测。结果①除记忆力显著下降外,M C I组定向力、语言能力、执行等能力也呈下降趋势。②M C I组ε4等位基因出现的频率远高于正常老年组(P<0.01)。③A poEε4的携带者的认知功能的总评分显著低于非A poEε4携带者(P<0.001)。除记忆力表现出显著下降外,A poEε4携带组的语言能力、执行也呈下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论轻度认知功能损害患者的认知功能出现改变,且A poEε4等位基因出现的频率显著高于正常老年组。A poEε4等位基因与老年人认知功能的下降相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of cognitive performance and evaluate the association of apolipoprotein Eε4(ApoEε4) with cognitive decline in the patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods Neuropsychological tests were used to investigate cognitive function and polymerase chain reaction was used to detect ApoEε4 allele.Results ①There was a significant decline in the function of orientation,language and praxis besides memory impairment in patients with MCI.②ApoEε4 was significantly increased in MCI group vs normal group(P<0.01).③When subjects were grouped according to ApoEε4 allele,cognitive score in the group with ApoEε4 was significantly less than of the group without ApoEε4(P<0.001).There was significant decline in the function of language and praxis besides memory impairment in the group with ApoEε4((P<0.05).)Conclusion There is a significant change of cognitive performance in the patients with MCI.ApoE ε4 allele has been shown to be associated with cognitive decline in the elder people.
