顺酐化在环氧沥青中的应用

【摘要】 通过分析顺酐化的环氧沥青固化过程的黏度时间曲线和直接拉伸试验结果,优化了环氧沥青的制备方法.优化后的环氧沥青在120℃、4h条件下固化后平均拉伸强度达到2.63M Pa,平均断裂延伸率为281.9%.按6.5%的油石质量比制成了马歇尔试件和复合梁;未固化试件的马歇尔强度为10.2kN、流值2.92mm,固化试件的马歇尔强度为37.0kN、流值4.75mm.

【Abstract】 An optimal method for the preparation of epoxy asphalt is proposed through analyzing the results of viscosity vs.time curves in the curing process of the maleated epoxy asphalt and direct tensile test(DTT).The maleated epoxy asphalt binder which was cured for 4 h under 120℃ has an average rupture elongation of 281.9% and an average tensile strength of 2.63MPa.Marshall Stability of the cured concrete was measured to be 37.0kN,while that of the uncured concrete was 10.2kN.
