【Abstract】 In the recent years,the mutual direct investment between China and ASEAN gets more active than ever,the structure of industry takes new change.As a whole,the unsymmetry feature of bilateral investment remains evident and has great potentiality.With the further bilateral cooperation,the mutual investment between China and ASEAN will step into a fast-developing period.
