中国电网停电事故统计与自组织临界性特征
Statistics and Self-organized Criticality Characters of Blackouts in China Electric Power Systems
【摘要】 通过中国东北、西北、华中、南方及全国电网在1981年~2002年间重大停电事故的时间序列,基于分形的思想,构建了停电事故的损失负荷数与频度的关系模型。经计算表明,停电事故的自组织临界特性是客观存在的,而分形的幂律值则是一个依赖于标度的不同而相对变化的数值。通过在同一标度-频度下比较还发现,东北与西北电网的幂律值相近,华中与南方电网的幂律值相近,这说明了两局网向临界状态演化的过程有相似之处。
【Abstract】 Based on the concept of fractal, the relationship models between the power loss and frequency of electric power system blackouts are constructed. By using the time series of main domestic power grid and also the Northeast, Northwest, Central China and China Southern power grid, the relationship between fractal dimension and scales is discussed. It is found that the character of self-organized criticality (SOC) of China power grid blackouts exposure exists objectivity, but the value of fractal dimension may change with different scales. Furthermore, it is found that the fractal dimension of Northeast power grid is similar to that of Northwest power grid and the fractal dimension of Central China is similar to that of China Southern power grid when compared on the same scales. Therefore, it is clear that two power grids are alike in the evolution to criticality.
