烟气湿法脱硫装置安全运行与节能降耗
Safe Operation of Wet FGD and Energy Saving
【摘要】 随着烟气湿法脱硫装置(FGD)应用的增多,如何确保其安全与低成本运行已成为所有使用者关注的焦点。运行中常会出现烟气挡板、增压风机动叶调控异常,增压风机故障跳闸等引起烟道压力大幅度波动而危及锅炉安全运行;FGD存在的沉积堵塞、浆液外溢、监控系统失常等问题也会影响FGD安全运行。文章对上述问题进行了分析,并根据实际情况提出了一些应对策略,如在考虑经济运行时,应在脱硫装置正常投用且脱硫效率达设计值以上的前提条件下,以脱硫的电耗、粉耗、水耗等单耗最小化为目标值,进行运行方式的优化和调控,以达到综合节能降耗的目的。
【Abstract】 With more and more FGD plants putting into production, how to ensure the FGD’s safe operation and reduce the consumptionreduction has become a focus. There are more improper operations and problems in FGD system will affect the boiler’s safe operation. Based on the actual operation experience , this article suggests the way to FGD’s safe operation. The FGD’s operation should be optimized and adjusted to minimize the power, limestone and process water consumption, and get the demand of energy saving and consumptionreduction.
