参数自调整永磁同步电机伺服驱动控制器设计
Controller Design of PMSM Servo Drives with Parameter Self-Tuning
【摘要】 运用模糊逻辑规则调整电流PI调节器参数,结合传动系统机械参数估计与极点配置算法在线调整速度PI调节器参数,设计出参数自调整永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,简称PMSM)伺服驱动控制器。实验结果表明,所设计的伺服驱动控制器具有良好的速度控制能力和抗负载扰动能力。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a parameter self-tuning controller design of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) servo drives,which uses fuzzy logic to tune the PI current controller parameters,combines with mechanical parameters estimation and the pole-placement arithmetic to tune the PI speed controller parameters.Experiment results indicated that the servo controller possesses the characteristics of good speed control performance and anti-load-disturbance ability.
