【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性肺心病患者血小板功能的变化。方法:观察了25例慢性肺心病患者血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、血小板的黏附、聚集功能、血浆血栓索B2、von Willebrand因子和D-二聚体的变化,并对上述各指标与正常人群组进行比较。结果:慢性肺心病患者血小板GMP-140、血浆血栓素B2、von Willebrand因子显著高于对照组(P均＜0．001),慢性肺心病患者血小板功能较正常人明显增强。结论:慢性肺心病患者体内血小板被激活,功能增强,血小板参与了慢性肺心病的病理过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the changes of platelet function in chronic Cor pulmonale.Methods:The values of platelet GMP-140(granule membrane protein),platelet adhesivness(PAdT),platelet aggregation(PAgT),thronboxane B2(TXB2),von wille- brand faetor(vWF)and D-dimer with 25 chronic Cor pulmonale patients were measured and compared with the normal con- trols.Results:The results showed that the values of platelet GMP-140,TXB2 and vWF in the group of chronic Cot pulmonale were all significantly higher than those in normal control group(P＜0.001,all).Conclusion:The platelet function of chronic cot pulmonale remarkably increased and platelet contribut to the pathogenesis of chronic cor pulmonale.更多还原
