冠心病患者高敏C反应蛋白水平变化的意义及其血脂康的干预治疗

【摘要】 目的:研究血清高敏C反应蛋白(high Sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)与冠心病患者病情严重程度的相关性,以及血脂康干预hs-CRP水平的作用。方法:冠心病分为四组;稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组,急性心肌梗死(AMI)组和缺血性心肌病组,比较并分析各组间hs-CRP水平的差异。结果:各组hs-CRP水平越来越高(缺血性心肌病组>AMI组>UAP组>SAP组)(P<0.01),表明随冠心病严重程度的加重hs-CRP的水平逐渐升高。血脂康应用后各组的hs-CRP水平明显下降(P<0.01),且随着使用时间的延长,hs-CRP的水平也逐渐下降(P <0.001),具有显著的统计学意义。结论:血清hs-CRP水平与冠心病严重程度密切相关,有助于临床评估冠心病患者病情严重程度。血脂康具有显著的降低hs-CRP的作用,且为中成药,临床上应给予充分的重视。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum hs - CRP and the severity of condition in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) ,and to investigate the intervention effect of xuezhikang for hs - CRP in patients with CHD. Methods: The patients with CHD were divided into SAP group, UAP group, AMI group and ischemic cardiomyopathy group.The level of blood hs -CRP were detected before and after 2 and 4 week’ s treatment with xuezhikang 1. 2g/ d.The level of hs - CRP of each group before and after treatment were analyzed.Results: There were significant differences in hs - CRP among ischemic cardiomyopathy group,AMI group, UAP group and SAP group before treatment (P < 0.01) After 2 week’ s treatment with xuezhikang, hs - CRP significantly decreased (P < 0.01) in all four groups compared with before treatment, and they decreased more significantly After 4 week’ s treatment (P < 0.001) . Conclusion: The hs - CRP was closely related to the severity of condition in CHD patients .which will be helpful to evaluating the severity of condition in patients with CHD. Chinese formulated products of xuezhikang should be pay close attention to in clinically for its significantly decreased hs - CRP effect.
