变频自控系统控制器的工程设计
Project design of variable frequency controller
【摘要】 为了实现异步电机矢量控制速度控制器的专用集成电路,采用EDA为设计手段,以高度集成的大规模FPGA为基础,设计了异步电机矢量控制器,完成复杂控制算法,实现了异步电机矢量控制速度控制器的专用集成电路。实验结果表明,该速度控制器在低速与高速运行状况下均有良好的静态性能与动态性能,速度外环和电流内环的采样频率可分别达到35 kHz和20 kHz,这为发展单片集成、混合集成、系统集成、功率集成技术与研制矢量控制异步电机变频调速专用芯片提供了参考。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the special intergrated circuit,by using the design method based on FPGA’s modern EDA technology,one of the main methods on complex circuit systems is presented.The design method of AC motor vector controller is given and the control algorithm is realized based on high integrated large FPGA.The experiments show the IC controller has a good static and dyntaic function at low and high speed.The sampling frequence of the speed outer loop and current inner loop can reach 35kHz and 20kHz,respectively.It provides reference to study IC,single chip,mixture,system,power intagrated technology right for AC motor vector variable frequency control.
