南水北调大型泵站同步电动机起动动态特性试验研究

【摘要】 针对南水北调东线工程大型低扬程泵站特点,从泵机组整体出发,运用电磁场理论、刚体动力学、流体动力学、电机拖动特性、水泵全特性理论等,分析了泵机组系统中各种动力学特性,建立了大型低扬程泵站同步电动机起动动态过程数学模型。结合淮阴二站同步电机起动现场试验结果,经分析计算,验证了大型同步电机起动过渡过程中各种重要参数如转速、流量、扬程、转矩等随时间变化规律。

【Abstract】 Setting out from the pump system wholly and using electromagnetic theory, geostatics, hydrokinetics, motor-drive character, pump character theory, etc., we analyzed all kinds of dynamic characteristic in the pump system and set up a mathematics model of the start dynamic course of synchronous motor in large-scale low-lift pump station contraposing its character. According to the result of local test of synchronous motor in No.2 station of Huaiyin and its calculation, the time-varying law of many kinds of important parameters in the start course such as rotational speed, flux, lifting height, torque, etc. was validated.
