虚拟制造技术在电子工业中的应用

【摘要】 随着计算机技术和信息技术的不断发展,虚拟制造技术在电子工业中的应用已经得到广泛关注。采用虚拟制造技术可以缩短电子产品的开发周期、降低成本、提高品质,从而增加产品的市场竞争力。介绍了虚拟制造的基本概念、内涵、特征、分类和关键技术,着重阐述了虚拟制造技术在国内外电子工业领域的应用和取得的成果,并探讨了电子虚拟制造技术应用的进一步设想和发展趋势。面对电子工业的飞速发展,虚拟制造技术在电子产品制造各领域,特别是电子产品设计和生产线升级改造方面的应用有着巨大潜力和前景。

【Abstract】 With the development of the computer technology and information technology,the application of virtual manufacturing technology has already been regarded widely.The virtual manufacturing technology can be used to reduce development cycle of electronic product,reduce the cost and improve the quality of product.Consequently,the market competitive ability of product can be increased.In this paper,the concept,connotaion,characteristic,class and key technologies of virtual manfactureing are introduced.An emphasis is laid on the application of virtual manufacturing system in the electronic industry,and the development of the electronically virtual manufacturing technology is discussed profoundly.Facing the rapid development of electronic industry,the application of virtual manufacturing technology has the huge potential as well as the extremely good prospect in the variedly manufacturing fields of electronic product,especially in the aspects of product design and the promotion transformation of production line.
