一种基于数学形态学的焊缝图像处理方法
Method for seam image process based on mathematical morphology
【摘要】 介绍了二值及灰度数学形态学进行图像处理的基本原理。针对机器人焊接中的激光结构光焊缝图像,提出了数学形态学滤波去噪方法。实验结果表明,该方法能获取清晰的焊缝坡口特征,便于提取焊缝中心。经测定,总的处理时间为23ms,满足实时控制的要求。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the basic theory of Binary and Grey Morphology image process.Aiming at the welding image produced by laser structure light under robotic welding,it introduces a noise filter method based on Mathematical Morphology.The experiment results show that it is possible to get a clear slope characteristics of welding seam and easily get the center of seam by using this method.
