【Abstract】 The Chinese Communist Party has brought forward a new target of building up a harmonious society.It is a significant task for the whole society to strive for the goal.Dongguan is no exception,definitely.The citizens’ favorable humanistic qualities play a very important role in the process,for they are a strong foundation of establishing a harmonious Dongguan.However,judging from the present situation,there is still a long way to go!
