【摘要】 电源线EMI滤波器的高频衰减性能常受到滤波器内部和外部杂散电磁场的影响,导致滤波器的高频插入损耗远低于预计值。本文对一个L-C-L共模型EMI滤波器内部的杂散电磁耦合及其作用进行了理论分析和实验识别,确定了各元器件、互连回路间杂散耦合的电磁性质,研究了各耦合作用的大小。针对主要的杂散耦合效应,提出了相应的改善措施。本文对滤波器内元器件寄生参数的作用也进行了分析和对比。

【Abstract】 The high frequency attenuation characteristic of a power line EMI filter is often influenced by stray electromagnetic coupling inside and outside of it. This often leads to that the high frequency insertion loss is far less than expected. This paper investigated stray electromagnetic coupling effects in an L-C-L common mode EMI filter by theory analysis and experiments in detail. The electromagnetic nature and influence among passive components and interconnect loops are identified and confirmed. Some coupling effect improvement methods are proposed responsibly. The influence of passive component high frequency parasitic parameter are analyzed and compared in the end too.
