一种ZVT双PWM变换器的拓扑与实验研究
A ZVT Double PWM Converter Topology and Its Experimental Research
【摘要】 在分析比较现有几种ZVT逆变器结构的基础上,应用其中最简便的一种ZVT拓扑构造一个双PWM变换器主电路,并采用优化的SAPWM模式对该双PWM变换器的动作模式、控制策略作了理论分析和实验研究。该ZVT辅助谐振电路结构简单,控制方便,且由于辅助谐振电路仅在变换器双三相桥臂上的功率开关器件开通的前若干μs时间内进行软开关工作,其功率损耗很小,从而提高了系统的效率。采用本拓扑的双PWM变换器无论从电网输入的电流波形、功率因数,还是变流器输出的电流波形都保持着良好的性能,从而证明了本拓扑结构和控制方法的正确性。
【Abstract】 Based on comparison of several ZVT inverter topologies, the simplest ZVT topology and the optimal SAPWM pattern are applied to the main circuit of double PWM converter and its operating modes, control strategy are analyzed and researched by the experiment. The topology of ZVT auxiliary resonant commutated circuit is simple and easy to control. The auxiliary resonant link operates by soft-switching mode in several microseconds before power switch devices communication, so the loss of power devices is very low, and the system efficient is increasing. Experimental results show that the system have good features in input current waves from supply, power factor and output current waves to load. It also show the effectiveness of this converter.
