【摘要】 目的掌握新疆和田地区艾滋病的感染趋势和流行特点,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用蛋白印迹法(WB)或两次酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)判定是否感染艾滋病病毒(H IV)。结果1995~2005年上半年新疆和田地区共报告65例H IV感染者,分布于和田地区7县市,其中最多的是和田市报告感染人数为26例。男性53例,占81.5%,女性12例,占18.5%;感染者年龄最小的是2岁,最大的是47岁,以青壮年为主20~岁占48.1%,30~岁占39.3%;以维吾尔族最多,占96%;传播途径以静脉吸毒(IDUS)共用注射器传播为主,占H IV感染者总数的70.8%;感染途径不详的也占相当比例占16.9%。结论为有效预防和控制艾滋病的流行,应有效控制性病,并开展持续、广泛的针对不同人群的有效干预措施,切断传播途径,加强监测管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To gain a better understanding of the current HIV epidemic situation in Hotan Prefecture.To provide scientific evidence to enable the development of strategies to counter the situation.Methods WB or ELISA methods were used to verify the positive cases.Results From 1995 to June,2005,65 positive cases were reported in Hotan Prefecture,distributed in 6 counties and county level city,26 cases were reported by Hotan City. Among the cases,53 were male,accounting for 81.5%,12 were female,accounting for 18.5%;the youngest case was 2 years old,and the oldest case was 47 years old;the age group of 20 years accounted for 48.1% of the total,and the age group of 30 years accounted for 39.3%;96% of the positive cases concentrated in Uygur ethnic group;IDU was the main transmission channel,accounted for 70.8% while,unclear channel accounted for 16.9%.Conclusions To effectively prevent and control the epidemic of HIV,STI should be controlled effectively and intervention for different groups should be undertaken extensively.Surveillance should be strengthened.更多还原
