广东电网污闪原因分析和防污对策

【摘要】 阐述了广东电网近年大面积污闪的特点和原因。通过分析广东电网2005年初500kV污闪绝缘子串的盐密和灰密测试数据,得出大面积污闪的根本原因是现有杆塔的爬电比距不够;对绝缘子清扫时间间隔进行了估算,指出加强重要线路的清扫工作是防止线路短期内发生污闪的有效措施,但线路的防污闪能力主要应靠设备本身的绝缘配置实现。介绍了近年防污闪工作,提出了防污闪对策:加强清扫、加强盐密和灰密测量、推广使用复合绝缘子以及采用绝缘子污秽在线监测新技术等。

【Abstract】 The characteristics and causes of the spread pollution flashover in Guangdong Power Grid in recent years are analyzed.The data analysis of equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) and non-soluble deposit density(NSDD) of flashover insulators shows that insufficient creepage distance is the fundamental cause of the flashover.With estimating the interlude of insulator cleaning,it is pointed out that to intensify cleaning of main lines is an effective countermeasure against pollution flashover in a short future,but the pollution endurance of the lines is mainly determined by insulation configuration of the line equipments.The works against pollution-flashover are introduced.The paper gives the countermeasures against pollution flashover,including intensifying insulator and ESDD and NSDD measurement,generalizing composite insulator and using on-line insulator pollution monitor system.
