【Abstract】 In recent thirty years,using ICPs gene to construct recombinant strain and producing genetic recombination insecticide based on Bacillus thuringiensis became leading objectives of biopesticide corporation.Bioengineering bacteria began to commercialize more and more,used to control economic crop peats.In order to heighten the engineering bacteria’s effect of killing insect,research works have obtained significance development in the aspect of constructing high-performance vector.This paper given an overview of the research condition of high-performance vector.更多还原
