【Abstract】 Baculovirus-insect expression system as one of the four expression systems,has been widely utilized in synthesis of recombinant protein.In this review,we focus on the current understanding of filtration of the baculovirus expression vector and the cell cultures,problems at present and future vista.which is used in recombinant protein production.Also,the lakes and uses of the baculovirus expression vector system(BEVS)are discussed in this paper.更多还原
