大豆种质资源贮藏蛋白亚基研究

【摘要】 利用线性梯度SDS-PAGE分析了国内外377份大豆种质资源贮藏蛋白亚基带型和含量差异。结果表明,大豆贮藏蛋白亚基SDS-PAGE带型基本相同,一般有20条以上,存在缺失现象。同一大豆品种不同亚基和不同品种相同亚基含量变异较大。11S球蛋白和7S球蛋白含量呈极显著负相关关系。11S/7S比值的最大值和最小值分别为3.70和1.34,平均值为2.36。国外的大豆品种间11S/7S值变异大于国内。野生大豆和栽培大豆贮藏蛋白SDS-PAGE带型基本相同,但是含量差异较大。从大豆种质资源中可以筛选出11S/7S较高的优质大豆种质。

【Abstract】 Storage protein subunit Bands’ types and contents of soybean germplasms from overseas and homeland were analyzed by linear gradient SDS-PAGE.The results showed that the bands’ type of subunits of soybean storage protein analyzed with linear gradient SDS-PAGE was similar,and majority of them had bands above 20,and lack was in existence.Significant difference existed in the contents of different subunits of the same variety or the same subunits of different varieties.Significantly negative correlation existed in the contents between 11S glycinin and 7S glycinin.The max and the min of the ratio of 11S/7S were 3.70 and 1.34 respectively,and the average was 2.36.The range of variance overseas was high than that in china.The bands’ type of G.soja was similar to that of G.max except that significant difference was existed.It was possible to select high-quality soybean germplasms.
