【摘要】 选用添加6种不同浓度喹乙醇(0,200,500,900,1 200,1 500 mg.kg-1)的饲料,对健康的镜鲤进行了42 d的亚急性毒性试验。观察受试鱼心脏、肝脏、脾脏、中肾、肠道等组织的病理学变化。除对照组和200mg.kg-1处理组外,其他各处理组均表现出不同程度的心肌出血、断裂和坏死,肝胰脏轻度充血、水肿和坏死,脾脏充血,肾小球肿大,血管内皮细胞坏死脱落,间质内充血,肠绒毛上皮下充血,固有层细胞坏死,肠绒毛融合等症状,随着试验时间的延长,症状趋向明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathology of the chronic olaquindox in common carp,Cyprinus carpio were studied.The test were conducted for 42 days,with dose of 0,200,500,900,1 200 and 1 500 mg·kg-1 feed.The changes of pathology of heart,liver,spleen,kidney and intestines of the tested fish.The lesion of poisoned cases showed engorgement and necrosis in cardiac muscle,liver,kidney,spleen and the intestinal microvillus,inosculated microvillus.At the end of the test,those symptoms are more significant.更多还原
