【摘要】 海尔集团的CEO张瑞敏先生提出了“人单合一”的海尔发展模式,由于这一模式仅以概念的方式提出,所以理论界与实务界对此褒贬不一,称赞与质疑不断。所以有必要具体阐述并分析这一新型管理模式,并探讨其具体运作的方式。

【Abstract】 Ruimin Zhang,the CEO of Haier Group,puts forward "Integrating Order with Personnel" model,but in the theory circles and in the practice circles,there are a lot of praise and questions about this model.It’s necessary to explain and analyze this new management model,and study the specific way to realize the model.
