从废旧锂离子电池中回收钴和铝的工艺

【摘要】 采用全湿法从废旧锂离子电池LiCoO2电极中回收钴和铝。采用10%NaOH溶液为浸出剂,溶解铝钴膜,浸液中的NaAlO2用H2SO4溶液中和,将铝以Al(OH)3形式沉淀,铝的回收率达93.5%。碱浸渣以2 mol/L H2SO4+30%H2O2溶液在60℃下浸出;以NaOH溶液调节酸浸液的pH至5,净化后,以饱和(NH4)2C2O4溶液沉钴,沉钴条件为60℃、pH=2、含钴溶液与饱和(NH4)2C2O4溶液体积比为1∶1.5,钴的回收率达96.3%。

【Abstract】 Co and Al were recycled from LiCoO2 electrodes in spent Li-ion batteries by whole-wet method.Al-Co film was dissolved with 10% NaOH solution as lixiviant and NaAlO2 lixivium was neutralized by H2SO4 solution.Al became the deposition of Al(OH)3,the recovery rate of Al was 93.5%.Alkaline soak residue was soaked by 2 mol/L H2SO4+30% H2O2 solution at 60 ℃.The pH of the acid leaching solution was adjusted to 5 by NaOH solution.Co was precipitated by saturated(NH42C2O4 solution after cleaning in the conditions of 60 ℃,pH=2,cobalt solution∶saturation solution of(NH42C2O4 =1∶1.5(V/V).The recovery rate of Co was 96.3%.
