加快大型号碱锰电池发展的探讨

【摘要】 分析了R20S等普通锌锰电池污染环境、浪费资源,难以实现产业可持续发展的现状;探讨了我国大型号电池向碱性化发展的必要性,既是市场发展的必然结果,也是世界发展的趋势;从市场前景和无汞锌粉、电解二氧化锰、零配件以及设备的开发等方面,探讨了LR20等大型号碱锰电池逐步替代普通锌锰电池的可能性。

【Abstract】 The research status of common Zn/MnO2 battery,such as R20S,that polluted environment,wasted resources and could not actualize the sustainable development was analyzed.The developmental necessity that large-sized alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery should be popularized in China was discussed,it was not only the certain result of the market development,but also the developing trend of the world.The feasibility that large-sized alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery,such as LR20,would substitute common Zn/MnO2 battery step by step was discussed from the market prospect and some basal conditions,such as mercury-free zinc powder,EMD,spare parts and the equipment R&D.
