【Abstract】 In order to determine the combustion delay period of diesel engine, a simple method-levity-index figure is proposed. This method features with few parameters and utilizes cylinder pressure curve measured. The value from this method is agreed with those obtained from other traditional methods. In addition, the method is used to calibrate the coefficients in experimental formula of combustion delay period. The variation principle of combustion delay period is analyzed and researched in depth.更多还原
