紫外光固化涂料耐划伤性能的研究

【摘要】 本文通过选择不同的UV固化树脂、活性稀释剂、促进剂,制备了适合于薄膜基材使用的UV固化涂料。实验显示,涂料的各项性能如附着力、硬度、柔韧性和耐擦伤性等达到了使用要求。

【Abstract】 Different UV-curable oligomers,active monomers and photo-initiators are selected to make decorative and protective UVcurable coatings suitable for PET film.It shows that every performance,such as adherence,hardness,flexibility and scratch rssistance,reaches the application requirements.
