【摘要】 目的探讨室间隔修补术前后超声心动图(UCG)的变化。方法应用彩色多普勒超声仪对室间隔缺损患儿手术前后测量左心室内径、右心室内径、左心室容积、心搏出量等参数。结果室间隔缺损术后UCG显示,术后左心室容积及心搏出量减少(P<0.05)。结论室间隔修补手术后左心室负荷减轻,左心室容积明显减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the changes of the echocardiography(ECG)before and after the repairing operation of the septal wall in the ventricle.Methods The diameters of the left and right ventricles(LVSD,LVED,RVD),the volume and stroke volume of the left ventricle(LVESV,LVEDV,LVSV),etc were measured echocardiographically before and after the VSD repairing operation in 163 children.Results Echocardiograms showed that the LVSD and LVED were decreased but without significance after operation(P>0.05)and that LVESV,LVEDV and LVSV were reduced significantly after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions The over load of the left ventricle was apparently relievesd.更多还原
