北京城市职能发展演变研究

【摘要】 在研究北京建国以后城市职能发展演变轨迹基础上,提出应正确解读建国初期将北京定位为全国的经济中心的城市职能;正确解读北京不是全国经济中心但还是要大力发展首都城市经济的命题;正确解读首都国际交往中心和经济管理中心的城市职能,抓住机遇,加快产业升级,促进北京的新发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the analysis to the evolvement of Beijing urban functions after the foundation of the PRC, this paper proposes that it should be positive to view Beijing city as the economic center of China in the beginning of the foundation of the PRC, that Beijing is now not the economic center of China but its economy should be greatly enhanced, and that Beijing takes on the urban functions of the centers of international association and economic administration so that Beijing must grasp opportunities to speed up industry upgrade for Beijing new appearance.更多还原
