【Abstract】 With Tianya Community as an example,this article probes into the current state of the discourse conflict of the virtual community. Such conflict may be seen in the following three forms: the conflict between the management personnel and community personnel,the conflict between the leaders with different opinions,and the conflict between ordinary and senior net personnel.Such conflict has the characteristics of being common,fierce,flowing,slack and realistic.However,conflict is indispensable from the virtual community that operates in conflict,finds balance in conflict while performing its functions through conflict.更多还原
