【Abstract】 All political systems are the products of culture. Chinese Political Consultative System is a form of democratic politics constructed under the guidance of the cultural mentality which comprises "Equality" and "Communication",its aim being to reach a political identity,to enhance social unity and harmony.Political Consultative System originates from the concept of "harmoniousness" with its characteristics and value permeated through the spirit of traditional culture of "golden mean" and "harmony".Meanwhile,with the essence of "seeking common ground while reserving differences,with the existence of differences" the Political Consultative System is beneficial to the unification of the demand for social "diversification " and "consistency norms" with its significant role in promoting the construction of a harmonious society.更多还原
