【Abstract】 This work uses two concepts,namely fission and fusion,in its analyses of enterprise management over the past century.It concludes that an organization based on fusion is energetic,self-adjustable and flexible and maintains high efficiency in different environment.If an enterprise is organized in such a way and its employees’ potential are fully realized,its vitality will be more easily stimulated.更多还原
