高固多相粘稠物料管道输送监测数字辐射成像

【摘要】 介绍了一种利用数字辐射成像技术来实现高压不透明输送管道中高固多相粘稠物料流动可视化的60Co数字辐射成像系统.该系统结合被测客体自身的运动特点,以扫描方式工作,避免了繁杂的图像重建,能直接获得数字图像,适用于铁等效质量厚度不超过60 mm的被测客体流动成像,可用于高压不透明输送管道中密相固液两相流流动机理的研究.文中阐述了该数字辐射成像系统的总体构成,包括系统的基本原理和研制概况.进而介绍了该60Co数字辐射成像系统的性能指标以及功能特点.

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the ~60Co digital radiography system which can realize the flow visualization of high concentration and viscous multiphase flow in opaque high-pressure transportation pipeline by digital radiography technology.This system operates in the scanning mode according to the own motion way of the measured object,which avoids the complicated image reconstruction and obtains the digital image directly.It is appropriate for the flow visualization of the measured object whose equivalent mass thickness of iron does not exceed sixty millimeter.This system can be used for the flow mechanism study of dense solid-liquid two-phase flow in opaque high-pressure transportation pipeline.First,the author describes the constitution of the radiography system,including the system principle and general situation of system developing.And then the performance indexes and speciality function of this ~60Co digital radiography system are introduced.
