基于工业CT切片数据的反求建模技术
Modeling Technology of Reverse Engineering Based on Industrial CT Slice Data
【摘要】 研究利用工业CT(Industria l Com pu ted T om ography)切片数据进行反求建模和快速成型的几项关键技术,主要包括处理工业CT图像的方法、判别内外轮廓的方法和插值中间轮廓的方法等.对某摩托车气缸头复杂零件工业CT图像进行了实验研究,并采用通用层接口CL I(Comm on L ayer In terface)格式进行了快速成型,得到了令人满意的实验结果.
【Abstract】 The key technologies of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping based on industrial CT(ICT) slice data are mainly studied,which includ the methods of industrial CT image processing,the inner and outer contour distinguishing,and the middle contour interpolation.By studying the industrial CT images of complex cylinder of a motorcycle and performing its rapid prototyping with common layer interface(CLI) format,satisfactory experimental results are attained.
