【Abstract】 The paper analyzed Xizang’s urbanization history and current situations, urban rank-size structure, and spatial distribution of urban system; studied Qing-Zang railway’s impact on Xizang’s urban spatial pattern by applying spatial analysis in GIS; and proposed strategies to facilitate Xizang’s urbanization development as: to develop large towns, to attract floaters, to expand international trade, to construct supplemental highway system, and to accelerate the growth of non-agricultural industries.更多还原
