半导体硫化银纳米管的制备与光学性能
Controlled Synthesis and Optical Properties of the Semiconductor Ag2S Nanotubes
【摘要】 在以TritonX-100为表面活性剂形成的反相胶束体系中,成功地制备了半导体硫化银纳米管,管径88nm~120nm、长度大于2.6μm。X射线衍射测定表明,产物为纯单斜结构。紫外-可见光谱在275nm处发现新的吸收峰,最大发射波长与体相材料相比,蓝移了38nm。
【Abstract】 The semiconductor Ag2S nanotubes (88 nm in inner diameter, 120 nm in outer diameter and >2.6 μm in length) were self-assembled in a simple reverse micelle solvent system containing the surfactant of Triton X-100. The XRD (X-ray diffraction) results indicate that the synthesized Ag2S nanotubes are high purity and possess monoclinic structure. It has an absorption at 275 nm in the UV-visible spectrum. The fluorescent spectrum shows that theλmax had a 38 nm blue shift compare with that of bulk material.
