微量Sc对Al-Cu-Li-Zr合金的微观组织和拉伸性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了微量Sc对Al-Cu-Li-Zr合金微观组织和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:添加0.1%Sc(质量分数,下同)能消除铸态合金的枝晶组织,细化合金的晶粒。合金铸锭在随后的均匀化和热加工加热过程中,析出细小、弥散的次生Al3Sc质点,这种质点强烈地钉扎合金中的位错和亚晶界,从而有效地抑制合金的再结晶,具有亚结构强化和直接析出强化作用。加入微量Sc后,Al-Cu-Li-Zr合金的强度大大提高,并且合金的塑性也得到明显改善。

【Abstract】 The effect of minor Sc additions on microstructure and tensile property of Al-Cu-Li-Zr alloy has been investigated. The results show that addition of 0.1% scandium can eliminate the dendrite of the alloy, and cause grain refinement of the alloy. Fine, dispersive and secondary Al3Sc particles precipitated from the supersaturated α (Al) solid solution in the heating process of ingot can effectively pin dislocation and subgrain boundary, in addition, it stabilizes substructure as well as inhibits the re-crystallization of Al-Cu-Li-Zr alloy during hot rolling and solution treatment. The addition of Sc significantly increases the strength of the alloy and gives the alloy a superior combination of strength and ductility.
