高纯铝冷轧形变组织及晶界角度分布的取向特征
Orientation Dependence Characteristics of Microstructures and Boundary Angle Distribution in Cold Rolled High Purity Aluminum
【摘要】 采用光学金相(OM)和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究了高纯铝轧制变形的微观组织、晶界角度分布和取向的关系。结果表明:平行于轧向的形变微观组织可分为具有明显特征取向且包含的晶界以小于5°为主的带状组织(OAB)和取向散布宽度较大且包含的晶界以大于15°为主的带状组织(OSB);<5°,5°~10°,10°~15°和>15°4个级别的晶界角度水平面积率既与形变微观组织的形貌相关,也与其取向有关。
【Abstract】 Microstructures, boundary angle distribution and orientations in high purity Aluminum cold rolled up to 80% (thickness reduction) were investigated using the Optical Microscopy (OM) and SEM-EBSD techniques. It was found that the elongated bands parallel to the rolling direction (RD) with two morphologies – either orientations assembly bands (OAB) excluding high angles (>15°) boundaries, or orientations scatter bands (OSB) including high angle boundaries. The Area Fractions of Boundary Angle Levels (AFBAL) for < 5°, 5°~10°, 10°~15° and > 15° are found to be dependent on the morphologies and the orientations of the deformation microstructures.
