一维银纳米棒的制备及其薄膜化研究
The Synthesis of 1D Silver Nanorods and Studies of Its Films Loaded on Glass Substrates
【摘要】 用湿化学法制备了一维银纳米棒,其长径比约为5∶1,颗粒直径为30nm左右,并用AFM研究了此种一维银纳米棒分散在PVP中后利用旋涂法在玻璃基片上所成的膜的形貌。紫外-可见吸收谱、XRD图谱以及选区电子衍射均证明所得到的纳米粉末为单质银颗粒,且具有面心立方结构。AFM图像表明得到的薄膜具有均匀的纳米孔洞,此为PVP烧结后留下,银纳米粒子则从该孔洞中垂直玻璃表面生长成圆柱体形粒子,取代此前的一维纳米棒结构。
【Abstract】 The paper aims to synthesize 1D Ag nanoparticles by wet chemical method and study the films loaded on glass substrates. The TEM images show that Ag nanorods with uniform diameter of about 30nm and aspect ratio of about 5∶1 are obtained. The results of UV-Vis absorption spectra, XRD pattern and selected area electron diffraction pattern also indicate that the sample powder is metallic silver with face-centered cubic structure. AFM images are used to observe the surface morphologies of film, which is composed of sample powder dispersed in PVP solution. The AFM images suggeste that film presents symmetrical nano-holes and columniform silver nanoparticles transformed from 1D silver nanorods because thermodynamic equilibrium vertically grows from these nano-holes.
