微米级铜银双金属粉的制备及其抗氧化性能研究
Preparation and Oxidation-resistant Property Research of Micron Cu-Ag Pimetallic Powder
【摘要】 采用置换反应法制备铜银双金属粉,使用EDTA代替氨水作Ag+的络合剂,并螯合分散Cu2+,一次性制备了具有常温抗氧化性能的铜银双金属粉。研究了EDTA的用量、AgNO3浓度、反应温度和AgNO3用量对铜银双金属粉抗氧化性能的影响,结果表明:EDTA用量以EDTA与AgNO3摩尔比在1~1·25∶1的范围内为宜;AgNO3最佳浓度为0·0125mol/L;反应温度越低越好;AgNO3用量越多越好。
【Abstract】 The Cu-Ag bimetallic powder prepared with substitutional reaction method has antioxidation behavior at the room temperature. In the process,EDTA used as complexing agent instead of amine solution to chelated Ag+,and chelated Cu 2+ to disperse it. The influences of EDTA dosage,AgNO3 concentration,reaction temperature and AgNO3 dosage on oxidation-resistant properties of Cu-Ag bimetallic powder are studied. The molar ratio of EDTA to AgNO3 is from 1∶1 to 1.25∶1,AgNO3 concentration is 0.0125mol/L,lower reaction temperature and more use of AgNO3 are found as optimum conditions in this investigation.
