【摘要】 水平定向凝固法是制备低位错单晶体的重要方法,论述了水平定向凝固法的优点和缺点,并报道了水平定向凝固法的特点,温度分布,以及水平定向凝固法的数字模拟的方面的工作。

【Abstract】 Horizontal Bridgman method is the main method of manufacturing single crystal of low dislocation,and its advantages and disadvantages are reviewed.Its characteristics,temperature distribution and numerical simulation are also reported.
