含钪超高强铝合金的研究现状及发展趋势
Present Research and Developing Trends of Ultra High Strength Aluminium Alloys Contained Scandium Element
【摘要】 钪是优化铝合金性能最有效的微量元素,概述了钪对超高强铝合金组织性能的作用机理:细化铸态组织,阻碍再结晶,提高合金力学性能、焊接性能及抗应力腐蚀性能。结合国内外含钪铝合金的研究,指出了今后含钪超高强铝合金的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Scandium is the most effective alloying element to optimize the property of aluminium alloys. The mechanism of effects of scandium element on ultra high strength aluminium alloys are fining cast microstructure, inhibiting recrystallization, enhancing mechanical property, improving welding property and stress-corrosion resistance. Based on domestic and overseas research on aluminium alloys contained scandium, the paper puts some suggestions for the future exporation of ultra high strength aluminium alloys.
