【摘要】 文章对我国中小银行1987~2004年资产扩张的经济效应进行了实证分析,并探究了资产扩张的行为动因与逻辑。结论认为,我国中小银行的资产扩张并非是为了追求规模经济,而是对现行金融制度环境和自身经营机制的被动适应。因此,要实现中小银行资产扩张的经济理性,必须从外部金融制度和自身经营机制入手加以解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the empirical analysis of the effect of assets expansion of China’s small and medium banks(SMB),this article investigates the inducement and logic for the expansion.It gets the conclusion that SMB’s assets expansion is not based on the scale economy but on a passive response to the current finance institutional environment and the operating mechanism.Therefore,it is important to start from reforming the finance environment and the operating system so as to realize SMB’s reasonable expansion.更多还原
