【摘要】 在全国第二次土地详查中,土地利用基础图件大部分是以SHP文件格式存储的,因此在对土地利用基础图件进行更新的过程中,首要的问题是对SHP文件的访问。本文以解决这一问题为目标,以SHP文件中常用的多边形元素为例,对SHP文件中二进制格式的元素表示方法加以阐述,并以程序实现的方式对资料进行了访问,最终在项目中得到了充分的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the second land-use search,most of land-use basic map is saved in SHP file format.So in the process of updating land-use basic map,the first problem should be solved is to read and write of SHP file format.In order to solve this problem,we interpret binary system in the SHP file format particular and making the polygon element as example.Then,we read and write the SHP file by programming and apply it in project sufficiency.更多还原
