聚醚改性硅油消泡剂的合成

【摘要】 以含氢硅油、聚醚为原料,三氟乙酸为催化剂制备了聚醚改性聚硅氧烷共聚物;通过不同原料对共聚物性能影响的研究,得出适宜的原料:含氢硅油的氢基质量分数1.5%,聚醚的相对分子质量2 000。通过对影响反应的温度、时间、原料质量比及催化剂用量等的考察,利用消泡、抑泡性能测试等手段,确定了合成聚醚改性聚硅氧烷的优化条件:100℃下反应10 h,m(聚醚)∶m(含氢硅油)=15∶1,催化剂用量为0.2%。

【Abstract】 The polyether modified polysiloxan defoaming agent was prepared from hydrogenous silicone oil and polyether,with trifluoroacetic acid as catalyst.The influences of different starting materials on copolymer was discussed and the suitable(conditions) are:mass fraction of hydrogen of hydrogenous silicone oil is 1.5% and the molecular weight of polyether is 2 000.In addition,the reaction conditions such as temperature,time,the ratio and catalysts were studied.The optimal conditions(obtained) through testing of defoaming performance and foam suppressing performance are:reaction temperature at 100 ℃;for 10 h;the mass ratio of polyether to hydrogenous silicone oil is 15∶1 and the dosage of catalyst is 0.2%(mass).
